Description
The initial pinch bending roll model of the ASI series is the best solution for bending plates with thickness between 1 mm and 9 mm and width from 1000 mm to 3000 mm. The reliability of the ASI series is guaranteed by its solid electro-welded structure, oversized and assembled on steel rods. In addition, asymmetric geometry in the roll movement featured by the 3-roll bending rolls of the series assures optimal traction and prevents slipping of thin plates during pre-bending: the side roll moves on a linear guide that bends the material close to the pinching point, thus assuring a high quality result comparable to that obtained with more expensive models of 4-rolls plate bending rolls.
ASI asymmetrical bending rolls assure ease of use thanks to the foot control that allows a single operator to fully control all stages, from plate feeding, to pre-bending and bending operations.
ASI asymmetric initial pinch bending roll models can be fitted with rolls for profiles and rolls for tubes. Furthermore, all bending machines of the series are supplied as standard with roll shaft extension, which makes it possible to bend profiles.
